Tess brings over 25 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 12 years of experience as a certified yoga teacher. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, she soon discovered its deeper, transformative power—guiding her toward a holistic approach that integrates movement, breath, mindfulness, and sound.
With extensive experience teaching in luxury spa environments, Tess creates thoughtfully curated experiences designed to restore the nervous system and nourish the whole being. Her offerings seamlessly blend refined, mindful movement with sound healing, allowing students to settle into deep states of relaxation, balance, and renewal. Each class is infused with a sense of ease, presence, and quiet sophistication.
Known for her joyful spirit, gentle humor, and heartfelt devotion to her students, Tess cultivates a serene and welcoming space for practitioners of all levels, from first-time guests to seasoned yogis.
