About Lotess Yoga
Tess brings over 25 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 12 years of experience as a certified yoga teacher. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, she soon discovered its deeper, transformative power—guiding her toward a holistic approach that integrates movement, breath, mindfulness, and sound.
Tess teaches a full spectrum of yoga styles—vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, prenatal, gentle flow, and therapeutic adaptations—welcoming students from beginners to advanced practitioners. In luxury spa and resort settings she designs and leads elevated guest experiences that combine expertly paced asana, guided meditation, pranayama, and immersive sound healing using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and recovery.
Known for intuitive sequencing, refined alignment guidance, and a warm sense of humor, Theresa creates safe, nurturing, and inspirational classes and private sessions. She also partners with athletes and wellness teams to build performance-enhancing programs and loves teaching outdoors, where nature becomes part of the practice.
Beyond the studio and spa, Tess finds inspiration in nature—trail running, hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors—while remaining deeply committed to making the world a better place through yoga, kindness, and conscious living.
